Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
